Operations Manager/ Senior Account Manager

 EC & CO Consulting is proud to be partnering with a well-established Labour Hire agency with over 25 years’ industry experience to recruit an experienced Operations Manager / Senior Account Manager.

This is a full-time opportunity within a small, close-knit team, offering the chance to take the next step in your recruitment career while remaining hands-on with clients and recruitment delivery.

This role would suit an experienced 360 Recruiter or Account Manager who enjoys building strong client relationships and is ready to step into a more senior, leadership-focused position.

You will be responsible for managing key client accounts, supporting business growth, and remaining actively involved in end-to-end recruitment. The title and scope (Operations Manager or Senior Account Manager) will be tailored to the right candidate.

• Manage and grow existing client relationships
   
• Deliver end-to-end recruitment across Labour Hire roles
   
• Support business development and account growth
   
• Lead by example and mentor junior team members
   
• Remain hands-on in recruitment delivery within a small team
   
• Build strong relationships within the local community
   

• Salary: $85,000 – $100,000 + Super (depending on experience)
   
• Full-time, permanent position

• Proven experience as a Recruiter or Account Manager (Labour Hire experience highly regarded)
   
• Strong client management and relationship-building skills
   
• Commercially minded and comfortable supporting sales activity
   
• Happy to remain hands-on with recruitment delivery
   
• Enjoy working in a small, collaborative team
   
• Ideally based in or near Melbourne’s Western Suburbs
