• Pipeline management and reporting

Best for businesses with ongoing or growing hiring needs.

 From 12–18% of base salary

A structured, retained search model for critical, specialist, or hard-to-fill roles.

Includes:

• In-depth role briefing and market mapping 
• Retained search and proactive candidate sourcing 
• Screening and shortlisting of high-quality candidates 
• Interview coordination and offer management 
• Dedicated search focus until role is filled 

Best for:
Key hires, leadership roles, and specialist positions where quality and speed of hire are critical.

From $85–$95 per hour

Ad hoc recruitment support for short-term needs or overflow capacity.

Includes:

• Sourcing and screening support 
• Interview coordination 
• Job ad writing and optimisation 
• Recruitment overflow for internal HR teams 

Best for:
Teams that need occasional or project-based recruitment assistance.
