Night Packing Supervisor – Dandenong

Are you an experienced leader with a background in food manufacturing, warehouse operations or FMCG? We're seeking a hands-on Night Packing Supervisor to lead a high-performing packing team within a fast-paced food manufacturing environment.

Reporting to the Packing Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the night shift packing operation, ensuring products are packed accurately, dispatched on time and production targets are achieved.

You'll lead by example, supporting your team while driving efficiency, quality and safety across the department.

• Lead, coach and support the Night Packing team
• Oversee daily packing and dispatch operations
• Ensure products are picked, packed, labelled and dispatched accurately
• Coordinate team workloads to achieve production schedules
• Monitor productivity and implement continuous improvements
• Support inventory control and stock rotation
• Liaise with Production, Warehouse and Logistics teams
• Ensure compliance with HACCP, food safety and workplace safety standards
• Maintain a safe, clean and organised work environment

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Previous supervisory experience within food manufacturing, FMCG or warehouse operations
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams
• Knowledge of HACCP, GMP and food safety requirements
• Experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Strong organisational skills with a focus on quality and continuous improvement
• A hands-on approach and willingness to support the team where required
