We're partnering with a leading labour hire organisation seeking an experienced 360 Recruitment Consultant to manage and grow a successful light industrial recruitment desk across Melbourne's Northern Suburbs.

As a 360 Recruitment Consultant, you will take ownership of the full recruitment lifecycle, building strong relationships with both clients and candidates while growing your desk.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing a full 360 recruitment desk
• Building and maintaining long-term client relationships
• Business development and identifying new opportunities
• Sourcing, interviewing and placing quality candidates
• Managing the end-to-end recruitment process
• Developing talent pools within the light industrial market
• Conducting client visits and workforce planning discussions
• Achieving individual and team performance targets

To be successful, you will have:

• Previous experience as a 360 Recruitment Consultant
• Experience within labour hire or the light industrial sector
• Strong business development and account management skills
• A proven ability to build lasting client relationships
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• A proactive, resilient and self-motivated approach
• A genuine passion for recruitment and delivering exceptional service

• Salary from $85,000 + Super (negotiable based on experience)
