 Key Responsibilities:

• Client Management: Cultivate and nurture relationships with existing clients to generate new revenue opportunities.
• New Business Development: Identify and secure new business in the Inner Melbourne suburbs area, expanding the company’s market share and client base.
• Recruitment Expertise: Manage temporary recruitment processes, delivering high-quality service to clients and candidates.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with the team to share knowledge, best practices, and contribute to overall business success.
• Customer Service Excellence: Provide exceptional service to both clients and candidates, ensuring their needs are met efficiently and effectively.

 About You:

• Experience in Recruitment: Proven background in temporary recruitment, with a solid understanding of recruitment processes and sales.
• Sales-Driven: A track record of success in recruitment sales and the ability to drive new business growth.
• Leadership Potential: We are looking for a future leader with management potential and a passion for developing others.
• Excellent Communicator: Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain lasting client relationships.
