Our client is a leading Australian food manufacturing organisation supplying premium artisan bakery products to customers nationally. With a growing workforce of almost 700 employees and operations across multiple states, this business combines the scale of a national organisation with the passion and quality focus of a craft-led food business.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Talent Acquisition professional to join a collaborative People & Culture team and play a key role in shaping recruitment strategies across a diverse and growing organisation.

Reporting to the People & Performance Manager, you will take ownership of the end-to-end recruitment function, partnering closely with operational leaders, people leaders and key stakeholders to attract, engage and secure exceptional talent.

This is a true Talent Acquisition Business Partner role, combining hands-on recruitment delivery with strategic workforce planning and talent initiatives. You will manage recruitment across a broad range of roles including trade-qualified positions, operations, supply chain, sales, corporate and support functions.

• Deliver end-to-end recruitment across a diverse range of business functions
• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines and candidate networks
• Provide market insights, recruitment advice and coaching to stakeholders
• Manage candidate attraction strategies and deliver an exceptional candidate experience
• Utilise recruitment data, reporting and market trends to support continuous improvement

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

• Proven experience delivering end-to-end recruitment, ideally within an in-house, manufacturing, FMCG, food production, logistics or multi-site environment
• Strong sourcing capability and experience building talent pipelines
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and coach leaders at all levels
• Experience using recruitment systems, sourcing platforms and recruitment reporting tools
• Strong commercial understanding and business acumen
• Qualifications in Human Resources, Business or a related discipline are desirable
