🧩 Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities across labour hire sectors
Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placement
Build strong relationships with clients and candidates alike
Meet and exceed activity and placement targets
Stay updated on industry trends and workforce needs
