Senior 360 Recruitment Consultant – Adelaide

As a Senior 360 Recruitment Consultant, you will take ownership of the full recruitment lifecycle while developing long-term relationships with clients and candidates across the light industrial market.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing a successful 360 recruitment desk
• Building and maintaining key client relationships
• Identifying and securing new business opportunities
• Sourcing, interviewing and placing quality candidates
• Managing the end-to-end recruitment process
• Growing talent pools across the light industrial sector
• Conducting client meetings and site visits
• Achieving individual and team performance targets

To be successful, you will have:

• Proven experience as a 360 Recruitment Consultant
• Labour hire and/or light industrial recruitment experience
• Strong business development and account management skills
• A track record of building long-term client relationships
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• A proactive, self-motivated and results-driven approach
• The ability to work autonomously while contributing to a collaborative national team
