We're partnering with a well-established national labour hire organisation seeking an experienced Senior 360 Recruitment Consultant to join their growing team in Melbourne's South East.

This is an excellent opportunity for an accomplished recruiter who enjoys building long-term client partnerships, mentoring others and managing a successful recruitment desk within the light industrial sector.

As a Senior 360 Recruitment Consultant, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle while continuing to develop new business opportunities and strengthen existing client relationships.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing a successful 360 recruitment desk
• Building and growing key client accounts
• Business development and networking to secure new opportunities
• Sourcing, interviewing and placing high-quality candidates
• Managing end-to-end recruitment processes
• Developing talent pipelines across the light industrial sector
• Conducting client visits and workforce planning meetings
• Mentoring and supporting junior team members where required
• Achieving individual and team performance targets

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• A proven track record in 360 recruitment
• Experience within labour hire or the light industrial sector
• Strong business development and account management skills
• The ability to build trusted, long-term client relationships
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• A results-driven mindset with a passion for delivering outstanding service
• The ability to work autonomously while contributing to a collaborative team environment

• $90,000 + Super + Uncapped Bonus
