About the Opportunity
Based onsite in Dandenong, this role will work closely with the People & Performance Manager, who is committed to supporting, training, and mentoring the successful candidate to ensure their continued development and success.
You will join a collaborative HR team of three, contributing across the full employee lifecycle while helping to drive initiatives that strengthen engagement and workplace culture.
This is the first time this role has existed within the business, offering a unique opportunity to make a genuine impact.
Key Highlights
Onsite role – 5 days per week
Work within a supportive and developing HR function
Direct mentoring and leadership from the People & Performance Manager

The Role
As HR Generalist, you will support the business across a wide range of HR activities including:
Employee relations and performance management support
Onboarding and induction processes
Training coordination and development initiatives
Compliance, policies, and HR reporting
Maintaining HRIS data and employee records
Contributing to engagement and culture improvement initiatives
This position plays a pivotal role in shaping employee experience and strengthening organisational capability.
About You
We are seeking someone who:
Lives locally to the Dandenong area
Has previous experience in a HR Generalist or similar role
Ideally has experience within FMCG, manufacturing, or fast-paced environments
Has worked with an HRMS (experience with Humanforce desirable but not essential)
Is passionate about people, culture, and continuous improvement
Enjoys working onsite and building strong relationships across all levels
