We are seeking a driven and energetic Sales Consultant to join our clients Laverton office, focusing on Labour Hire solutions. This opportunity would suit someone who understands recruitment or account management and is ready to step into a pure sales role building relationships, generating new business and creating long-term client partnerships.
About the Role
This is a high-activity sales position where you will:
Make 100+ outbound calls per week
Attend 10–15 client meetings per week
Build and manage a strong sales pipeline
Prepare and present proposals
Develop long-term client relationships
Work closely with internal recruitment teams to deliver solutions
About You
We are looking for someone who:
Lives within reasonable proximity to Laverton
Has experience in recruitment, account management, B2B sales, or a similar client-facing environment
Is highly motivated and resilient in a high-activity sales role
Demonstrates strong communication and relationship-building skills
Is coachable and open to ongoing development
Brings energy, drive and a genuine passion for achieving results
Is a self-starter who can build and consistently nurture a pipeline over time
Experience is valued, but attitude, work ethic and willingness to learn are equally important.
