This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced recruitment leader who’s ready to take ownership of a branch, drive business performance, and mentor a passionate team.
About the Role
As Branch Manager, you will:
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of consultants
Manage end-to-end recruitment operations with a focus on quality service delivery
Drive business development and grow existing client relationships
Oversee branch financials, including budgeting, reporting, and KPIs
Play a key role in shaping team culture and strategic growth
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a confident, capable leader who brings:
3+ years’ experience in a recruitment agency environment
Previous team leadership or branch management experience
Strong commercial acumen and a results-driven mindset
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
A high level of professionalism, integrity, and resilience
