EC & CO Consulting is proud to partner with a growing retail distribution business based in Tullamarine in the search for an experienced Accounts Receivable Officer.
This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a dynamic finance role within a high-performing, collaborative team. As the Accounts Receivable Officer, you’ll play a key part in maintaining strong customer relationships, supporting cash flow, and ensuring financial accuracy across accounts.
What You’ll Be Doing:
🔹 Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure timely payments and account accuracy
🔹 Monitor accounts for credit limits, overdue payments, and claims
🔹 Attend internal meetings with Business Development Managers (BDMs) to align finance goals with sales activity
🔹 Collaborate with Distribution, Customer Service, and Sales teams to manage accounts effectively
🔹 Process claims, manage account setups, and complete end-of-month reconciliations in SAP
What We’re Looking For:
✔ Proven experience in accounts receivable, credit control, or similar role
✔ Strong proficiency in SAP and a solid understanding of debtor processes
✔ Excellent communication skills and a proactive, team-first attitude
✔ Ability to manage multiple priorities with strong attention to detail
✔ Confident preparing cash flow forecasts and debtor reports
