Our client, a growing business based in Tullamarine, is seeking a talented and hands-on Marketplace Operations & Ad Specialist to manage and grow their presence across online marketplaces. This role is ideal for someone with a strong understanding of Amazon, Google Ads, and Google Analytics who can drive performance through smart strategy and efficient execution.

You’ll take the lead in managing product listings, optimising ad performance, and reporting on key metrics across Amazon and other e-commerce platforms. You’ll also run Google Ads campaigns and use Google Analytics to track and improve results ensuring visibility, traffic, and conversions are consistently growing.

• Manage marketplace operations including listings, pricing, inventory, and fulfilment
   
• Set up, monitor, and optimise Amazon advertising campaigns
   
• Plan and execute Google Ads campaigns across search, shopping, and display
   
• Analyse performance using Google Analytics and provide data-driven insights
   
• Monitor competitors and marketplace trends to identify opportunities
   
• Collaborate with internal teams to align content, logistics, and customer service
   

• Proven experience managing Amazon marketplace operations and advertising
   
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads and campaign management
   
• Strong skills in Google Analytics and performance reporting
   
• Attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
   
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
   
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
