What the Role Involves:

Identify, approach, and secure new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and lead follow-up
 

Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
 

Negotiate service agreements and commercial terms
 

Collaborate closely with the recruitment team to drive growth and deliver solutions
 

Maintain accurate and compliant records across all activities
 

Receive ongoing coaching, training, and support to excel in the role
 

What We’re Looking For:

Demonstrated ability to generate new business and achieve sales targets
 

High energy, self-motivation, and a proactive “can-do” approach
 

Strong time management and attention to detail
 

Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills
 

Background in recruitment, sales, logistics, or driving is highly regarded
