What the Role Involves:
Identify and secure new business through cold calling, networking, and following leads
Build and maintain strong, ongoing client relationships
Negotiate business agreements and contracts
Collaborate with the recruitment hub to develop new business opportunities
Ensure compliance records are accurate and up-to-date

What We’re Looking For:
Proven ability to generate new business and deliver sales results
Drive, energy, and a “Can Do” attitude
Strong time management and attention to detail
Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills
Experience in recruitment sales, logistics, or driving is advantageous
Ability to follow processes and contribute to a team-focused environment
