An established equipment hire company in Melbourne’s west is looking for a confident communicator ready to take on a new challenge in business development. No previous sales or hire industry experience is required full training is provided.

This is a great opportunity for someone with customer-facing experience in industries like administration, retail, or service-based roles who’s looking to move into a long-term career in sales.

• Build strong relationships with clients in construction, infrastructure, and related industries
   
• Promote a range of hire solutions tailored to client needs. Range includes, vertical lifts, scissor lifts, forklifts, telehandlers etc.
   
• Identify new business opportunities and support customer growth
   
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to deliver excellent service
  
   

• Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
   
• Comfortable building relationships and speaking with clients
   
• Motivated to learn and grow in a new industry
   
• Holds a valid driver’s licence and is available for an immediate start
   

This role is based onsite at the company’s Melbourne west office, close to areas like Sunshine, Laverton, Derrimut, and Altona.
