EC & CO Consulting is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to support a fast-paced, customer-focused team in Dandenong. This is an exciting opportunity to deliver outstanding service, resolve customer inquiries, and play a key role in maintaining smooth operations.

What You’ll Do:

Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone and email
 

Process orders accurately and efficiently
 

Manage customer accounts and update records
 

Resolve customer issues professionally and collaborate with internal teams
 

Ensure compliance with company policies, HACCP, and food safety standards
 

Shifts & Work-Life Balance:

Rotating roster including weekdays + alternate weekends (Sat & Sun, 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM)
 

Every second weekend off to maintain work-life balance
 

Pay Rate:

💰 $31 – $33 per hour

What We’re Looking For:

Strong communication and customer service skills
 

Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
 

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
 

Problem-solving mindset and adaptability
 

Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite advantageous
